In November 2010 Alliander N.V. issued a EUR 500 million subordinated perpetual bond against an issue price of 99.495% and a coupon of 4.875%.
The subordinated perpetual bonds are subordinated to all other debt of Alliander.
The tenor of the bonds is perpetual. Alliander has the right to call the bonds in November 2015, 2020 and each year thereafter.
