Merger Alliander N.V. and Alliander Finance B.V. effectuated
Arnhem, Friday, 17 June 2011 - On June 17th 2011 a legal merger between Alliander N.V. (acquiring company) and its wholly owned subsidiary Alliander Finance B.V. (disappearing company) has been effectuated. With this merger, all rights and obligations of Alliander Finance B.V. (including all of its obligations under its outstanding Eurobonds listed on the Luxemburg Stock Exchange and Euronext Amsterdam) have been passed to Alliander N.V. by way of universal succession.
