Tendering
As a contracting entity under the 2012 Tendering Act, Alliander must put all procurement contracts that exceed the European threshold values out to tender.
Almost all tendering at Alliander is done digitally, and most contracts are awarded on the basis of the Economically Most Advantageous Tender (EMAT). Publications about tenders and qualification systems can be found on the Tenderned website.
Sustainability also plays an important role in our procurement processes, such as the purchase of ethical protective clothing for our engineers made of recycled material or the use of recycled cables for our energy networks. We make sure our procurement is as sustainable as possible.
