Alliander wants everyone to be able to use this website, regardless of whether they have any kind of disability or use any kind of assistive device. Accessibility is, therefore, a key consideration in everything we do. 

How we make and keep
this website accessible 

  • From the outset, we embed accessibility into all steps of the design, build and editing process for this website. 
  • We train our staff on digital accessibility. 
  • We have our website’s accessibility independently audited, most recently by Digitaal Toegankelijk on 2 December 2024. 
  • We adhere to the guidelines from the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and levels A and AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
